Not many people can say that they’ve walked through an elephant and come out alive.  Even fewer can say they have spent the night inside an elephant and lived to tell the tale!   The Save Lucy Committee is excited to be able to offer Group Overnights inside everybody’s favorite elephant — perfect for scout troops, schools groups, birthday parties, and more!

What’s included:

• One (1) Lucy staff member on-site throughout the evening
• Private Guided Tour of Lucy the Elephant
• Night Climb up to Lucy’s howdah
• Optional Story-time featuring any of our Lucy the Elephant books (or bring you own “Lucy”-approved selection)
• Private after-hours access to Lucy’s Gift Shop (Helpful Tip:  Don’t forget to check out our Lucy patches!)
• Evening Snack
• Breakfast

For your comfort, Lucy the Elephant & Gift Shop are fully heated and air-conditioned; however, there are no bathing facilities available on-site.  Think of it like camping….   inside an elephant!

What we recommend bringing with you:

• Sleeping Gear (e.g. sleeping bags, pillows, air mattress, etc.)
• Personal hygiene products to make your stay more comfortable
• Activities (e.g.  movies, board games or cards, etc.)

The Fine Print:

• Group Overnights are reserved for youth organizations and are NOT intended for family overnight accommodations
• Group Overnights begin at 8:00PM on the night of your reservation and end at 9:30AM the following morning
• The cost for Group Overnights is $45.00 per person
• Your group must have 6 or more guests (maximum capacity of 48 people*)
• There must be 1 adult chaperone for every 6 children, with a minimum of 2 chaperones for the group
• A 10% deposit must be made when making your reservation and is non-refundable if your reservation is not cancelled with at least 24-hours advance notice
